Stretching :
Stretching ensures that you won't injure yourself doing whatever other exercise you choose.It also save you from any muscle injury, prepare body for exercise.

Cardio exercise :
Ideally one should at least take a brisk 20-minute walk every day. Jogging or running would be even better Don't run unless you are really comfortable. Live by this easy-to-remember rule, do something to make your heart go racing like running, cross trainer, elliptical choice is yours but do only when you feel don’t force upon. Do what you enjoy.

Pilates :
Makes the body proportionate. Focuses on core strength, it trains the body as an integrated whole. Promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.

Yoga :

Kettlebell :
Exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell's center of mass is extended beyond the hand, similar to Indian clubs . This facilitates ballistic and swinging movements which help in core and fat burning.

Cross Training :
Cross training is typically defined as an exercise regimen that uses several modes of training to develop a specific component of fitness, (e.g., run one day, stair climb the next, cycle the next).
